- Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. - Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed in cash, which will be returned to you. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. - Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for something of equal or lesser value, please contact us. Exchanges are only available for items in new and unused condition. - Non-returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, or custom-made products. Please check the product description to see if the item is non-returnable. - Cash Payments Only
